Lay-Away Service Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made under the ‘Lay-Away’ service as provided by World Of Stuff.

By using the service you are agreeing to comply with these conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The ‘Lay Away’ service may be used for purchases valued at £50 or over.
2. An initial deposit amounting to one-third of the total value is required, followed by two further monthly equal payments.
3. Buyers have a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period during which a lay-away purchase can be cancelled and the initial deposit refunded.
4. Refunds will be made by the same payment method used by the purchaser.
5. Purchases cancelled after the cooling off period will be readded to stock and payment(s) refunded once the item has been sold.
6. Items purchased under the lay-away agreement remain the property of World Of Stuff until the last payment has been made.
7. Items must be collected within seven days of the final payment.

1. Items will be securely stored until collected by the purchaser.
2. If an item is damaged whilst in storage World Of Stuff will issue a full refund of completed payments within three working days.
