World Of Stuff ‘Lay-Away’ Service Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made under the ‘Lay-Away’ service as provided by World Of Stuff.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The ‘Lay Away’ service may be used for purchases valued at £50 or over.
- An initial deposit amounting to one-third of the total value is required, followed by two further monthly equal payments.
- Buyers have a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period during which a lay-away purchase can be cancelled and the initial deposit refunded.
- Refunds will be made by the same payment method used by the purchaser.
- Purchases cancelled after the cooling off period will be readded to stock and payment(s) refunded once the item has been sold.
- Items purchased under the lay-away agreement remain the property of World Of Stuff until the last payment has been made.
- Items must be collected within seven days of the final payment.
- Items will be securely stored until collected by the purchaser.
- If an item is damaged whilst in storage World Of Stuff will issue a full refund of completed payments within three working days.
